Experimental Studies of The Blood Picture after exodontic operation

Abstract
|
|
|
The writer observed the blood picture after exodontic operation in order to study relationship between death caused by eodontic operation and the blood picture for the rats of the 50 cases. Following results were gained after experiment had proceeded on every day for each group through 1 week.
1) It was showed that eosinophile level rate was decreased gradually from 1st to 7th day.
It was decreased 37% on Ist day after operation and 94% on 7th day compared with before the operation.
2) The range of leucocytes was deceased prominently as 33% on Ist day after operation. It was continued through I week.
3) The range of erythrocytes was decreased as 27% on 1st day after operation and from 4th day it was increased gradually, on 7th day showed similar rate with before the operton.
